-must have 3 layers of clothing!
1) pants, capris or long shorts
2) T-shirt, crop top or tank top
3) Jacket, vest or button down
-must have 3 out if the 4 color options!
-At least 1 layer must be baggy!
-must be age appropriate!
-must include 1 securable accessory!
(Ex: Hat, bandana, visor, fake plastic gold chain, fake plastic gold pant loop chain, biker gloves…)

Costume Pieces: Bright colored dancewer. Think neon pinks, yellows, green, purple, blue and so on. Can mix and match colors and patterns. Just bright. Can have black bottoms if the top is bright.
