Day-Of Details

Hair and Make Up

Day of, we will have people available to do your dancer's hair and make-up. You will need to pay cash day-of for hair and make-up. Pricing is $6 each (so hair and make-up would be $12 in total).

Arrival Time

Students who DO NOT need hair and make-up done should arrive 10-15 minutes before their class is scheduled.

Students who NEED hair and make-up done should arrive 45 minutes prior to the time their class is scheduled.

What to Wear

Dancers should come dressed in their first costume of the day (including tights) if possible. We can put in any hair pieces and help with accessories if necessary. They do not need to come in their dances shoes, but should be sure to bring them for the photos.

Purchase Photos

This year we will be using ShootProof to sell photos online instead of doing any in-person purchases.  Visit the gallery here:

The gallery and individual photo albums are password protected – you can find the passwords in Recital Weekend email or printed newsletter.  Please email duvalldance@gmail.com if you have any issues. 

Photos taken during Picture Week can also be used if you would like to place an ad in the recital program. Information about ads will be released on 5/1/2025.
